Human Resources Development Services (HRDS) Inc. is an Illinois Corporation that owns and operates Saint James School of Medicine and offers consulting services related to the development of educational institutions outside of the United States. Saint James School of Medicine has been in operation since September of 2001 and is recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG), the Medical Council of Canada (MCC), and the Ministry of Health, Israel. Its primary campus is located on the island of Bonaire, Netherlands Antilles. HRDS is currently in the process of opening its second campus in September of 2009 on the island of Anguilla, British West Indies.
